Active ingredients
Oleic acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid and a member of the omega-9 family. It occurs naturally in our skin, where it helps to maintain hydration and elasticity. It contributes to the skin’s softness and the healthy functioning of the protective barrier, thereby helping to retain the skin’s moisture.
Omega-9 helps to reduce „bad” LDL cholesterol and increase „good” HDL cholesterol, which improves cardiovascular health, keeps blood vessels supple and may reduce the risk of blood clots.
Thanks to its natural anti-inflammatory properties, it helps to regulate chronic inflammatory processes in the body, which can be particularly important in cases of joint or heart disease.
It contributes to healthy brain function, may improve memory and concentration, and helps maintain a balanced nervous system.
Omega-9 fatty acids may help reduce insulin resistance and stabilise blood sugar levels, thereby improving insulin sensitivity.

A polyunsaturated, essential fatty acid (omega-6) which the body cannot produce itself and must therefore be obtained from external sources. It is one of the most important building blocks of the skin’s protective barrier. It helps to strengthen the skin barrier, reduce water loss and maintain the skin’s healthy structure.
It helps to regulate levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol, thereby reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
It promotes the production of prostaglandins, which affect blood pressure, the immune system and blood clotting.
Excessive intake of omega-6 can be harmful to the body, as it may contribute to inflammation and increase the risk of atherosclerosis.

Palmitic acid (hexadecanoic acid) is a saturated fatty acid and one of the most common fatty acids; it is found in both vegetable and animal fats. A solid, white substance used mainly in cosmetics, foodstuffs (for example, as the food additive E471), medicines, and in the manufacture of waxes.
It is, of course, found naturally in the skin. It has skin-softening (emollient) properties and helps to form a protective layer on the skin’s surface, thereby helping to retain moisture and keep the skin feeling silky smooth.

A saturated fatty acid that plays an important role in building the skin’s protective barrier. It has cleansing and skin-softening properties, helps protect the skin’s surface from moisture loss and improves the skin’s texture.

A powerful, fat-soluble antioxidant that protects cells from damage caused by free radicals (oxidative stress). It helps to maintain the skin’s moisture levels and protects the skin from environmental damage. TIt supports the immune system and has a beneficial effect on the eyes, the nervous system and the cardiovascular system. It can help maintain hormonal balance, reduce the symptoms of PMS and the menopause, and contribute to improved physical fitness and muscle health.

Plant-derived compounds whose structure is similar to that of cholesterol, which is also found in the skin. They are excellent at supporting the restoration and maintenance of the skin’s protective barrier. They can have a soothing effect and help the skin retain moisture, improving its hydration and elasticity. The main benefit of phytosterols is that they naturally lower blood cholesterol levels by competing with cholesterol for absorption in the gut, thereby helping to prevent cardiovascular disease. They also have anti-inflammatory properties.

Natural care, inside and out
Oil extracted from apricot kernels using cold pressing is a truly multifunctional treasure that can be used both externally and internally. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic acid and linoleic acid, as well as vitamins A and E, which help to maintain the skin’s natural protective barrier and protect cells against oxidative stress.
It is extremely easy to use: for external use, massage a few drops into cleansed, slightly damp skin or onto the hair roots. For internal use, one teaspoonful a day is recommended, for example mixed into salads or dressings, or taken on its own. It is important not to heat it, as high temperatures can damage its valuable ingredients. Incorporate it into your daily routine for natural vitality.
