Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays a role in several important physiological processes. An adequate intake of vitamin A helps to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system, vision and skin.
Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a role in the body’s energy-producing processes and in the functioning of the nervous system. It may also help maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.
Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a role in protein and glycogen metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system and blood formation. It also contributes to normal immune function and helps reduce tiredness.
Biotin is one of the key nutrients for the functioning of hair follicles.

Folate, also known as vitamin B9, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a role in cell division and blood formation. It plays an important role in normal psychological function, the functioning of the immune system and the reduction of fatigue.
