Aquamin™ A plant-based multi-mineral complex extracted from a red algae (Lithothamnion calcareum). Its unique feature is its porous, honeycomb-like structure, which provides biologically active, easily absorbed calcium and magnesium. These minerals are essential for maintaining normal bones and teeth, and they contribute to proper muscle function. Aquamin™ also contains more than 70 other trace elements that are important for the body.
Our bodies are able to produce vitamin D primarily through exposure to sunlight, which is why it is called the “sunshine vitamin.” It plays a fundamental role in regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and is thus directly responsible for the strength of our bones and teeth. Without sufficient vitamin D, the body cannot effectively incorporate calcium into the bones. It is also essential for the proper functioning of the immune system and for cell division processes.
Zinc plays an important role in the protection and regeneration of cells.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is one of the best-known antioxidants, which protects cells from oxidative stress caused by harmful free radicals and supports the functioning of the immune system. Collagen is the body’s most important structural protein, and there are several types of it. Type II collagen, in particular, is the main component of joint cartilage. Cartilage is a flexible, gel-like tissue at the ends of bones that acts as a shock absorber and a “sliding surface” during movement, enabling joints to function smoothly. This type of collagen ensures the tensile strength and elasticity of cartilage.
