1. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is:<\/p>\n
The purpose of the current General Terms and Conditions is to establish restrictions, rules, and provisions regarding appropriate sales and marketing activities and to prevent improper, offensive, or unlawful conduct. MANT regularly reviews the General Terms and Conditions and may unilaterally amend or supplement them as necessary.<\/p>\n
1.1 Our Goals and Mission:<\/p>\n
Our company considers it its mission to educate people about a high-quality life and to organize related educational programs and informational presentations, as well as to provide information on, manufacture, and distribute dietary supplements and nutritional supplements that support a high-quality life, as well as the promotion, production, and distribution of cosmetic and personal hygiene products to those who have a specific need for them. Our guiding principle is to create a people-centered community where people matter. We have designed our career opportunities in this spirit as well. Without a doubt, our partners will immediately notice that equality and a shared sense of purpose are fundamental to our company. In light of all this, our company aims to carve out a niche in this field\u2014that is, to create our own world.<\/p>\n
1.2 Our Vision:<\/p>\n
If we examine the health status of the world\u2019s population, it is clear that in so-called \u201eWestern\u201d-style societies, a significant portion of the population suffers from morbid obesity and chronic degenerative diseases, while in other societies, people are afflicted by pathological malnutrition and poverty. A characteristic of developed societies is that their members resort to symptomatic treatment for their minor or relatively minor health complaints instead of eliminating from their lives the lifestyle or societal factors that cause these complaints, thereby giving the body a chance to regenerate itself and rid itself of the symptoms. 2. How can you become a Business Builder?<\/p>\n
2.1 Registration to Become a Business Builder
\nLaws may vary from country to country. You may be subject to additional or different requirements depending on the country where you reside. By becoming a Business Builder, you agree to comply with all applicable laws.<\/p>\n
The only requirement for becoming a Business Builder is to register on the Company\u2019s website, which is free.<\/p>\n
2.2 One person (=) One business builder ID
\nOnly one person may apply for a Business Builder ID and submit a Business Builder registration to the Company.<\/p>\n
2.3 Age Requirements
\nYou must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to become a Business Builder.<\/p>\n
2.4 Place of Residence
\nThe Business Builder must submit their registration in the country where they have their permanent residence. However, they may conduct their Business Builder activities in any country where they are authorized to conduct business and where the Company is present and conducts business. The Company reserves the right to transfer the registration of your business-building activities to the country where you should have submitted your registration. Furthermore, the Company reserves all rights to refuse to transfer your Business Builder activities if, in its judgment, these conditions are not met.<\/p>\n
To verify your eligibility for Bonuses, the Company may request proof that, in accordance with the rules, you have only one registration code and that you registered in the country where you have your permanent residence. If you are unable to prove your permanent residence in the country where you registered, the Company may declare your business builder registration invalid from the outset.<\/p>\n
2.5 Acceptance of Your Business Builder Registration
\nThe Company reserves the right to reject any application for Business Builder registration at its sole discretion, based on objective and non-discriminatory criteria. You become a Business Builder once the Company has accepted and processed your Business Builder registration. If the Company receives multiple Business Builder registrations from a single applicant, it will consider the registration received first in chronological order to be valid, and this will determine who your Sponsor is.<\/p>\n
2.6 Taxpayer Identification Number
\nYou may be asked to provide the Company with your tax identification number or VAT number in order to be eligible to receive the Bonus, or in any other case where required by the Company or by local tax or other laws. If you register as a business entity, you may be asked to provide the business entity\u2019s tax identification number and the tax identification number of each Participant in the business entity. The Company may place a hold on commission and bonus payments to your account until the tax identification number is provided and verified.<\/p>\n
2.7 Business Enterprises
\nA business may register if it submits its tax ID number, company identification number, and registered office information to the Company. It may register in the country where its registered office is located. However, it may conduct business in any country where the Company has a presence.<\/p>\n
In addition, the following requirements apply to business enterprises:<\/p>\n
a. The Principal Applicant of the Business Enterprise must have both permanent residence and a registered office in the country where the Business Enterprise submitted its registration application and must be able to provide proof thereof.<\/p>\n
b. Bonuses and commissions are issued in the name of the business. The Company assumes no liability to you if the Business or any participant in the Business fails to distribute and pay out any portion of the Bonuses, or Commissions received by the Business Entity among its multiple Participants, nor does it assume any liability in the event of any improper distribution or payment.<\/p>\n
c. Only the Principal Applicant may lawfully represent the Business Enterprise in dealings with the Company. The Company may rely on and act upon any information provided by the Principal Applicant.<\/p>\n
3. Personal Information:<\/p>\n
The Company respects your personal data and is committed to protecting the personal data of Business Builders. By registering as a Business Builder, you acknowledge that the Company will process your data in accordance with the rules and conditions set forth in the Company\u2019s Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time. By registering as a Business Builder, you declare that you are familiar with the contents of this Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you are bound by it. The Privacy Policy is available on the Company\u2019s website: www.mantjustyou.com<\/p>\n
The Business Builder is required to ensure that the information provided during registration is true, valid, and accurate. The Business Builder must immediately notify the Company of any changes to their registered information. The Company may terminate your Business Builder activities or deem them invalid from the outset if it determines that it received false or inaccurate information during the registration process.<\/p>\n
4. Transfer and Termination of Business Development Activities:<\/p>\n
4.1 Transfer of Business Builder IDs
\nYou may not transfer your Business Builder ID or any rights associated with it unless you have requested and received the Company\u2019s prior written consent, which may not be withheld without just cause. The Company reserves the right to refuse the transfer if it determines that the proposed transfer is not genuine or is intended solely to circumvent the requirements of these Rules.<\/p>\n
4.2 Transfer Upon Death
\nYour Business Builder ID constitutes the totality of your valuable rights and interests arising from your Registration and, as such, is inheritable subject to national laws. The Company will recognize the transfer if a court order, or other appropriate legal document is submitted to the Company, certifying the transfer to the legal beneficiary and confirming that the beneficiary meets the conditions set forth in these Rules and applicable laws.<\/p>\n
4.3 Divorce
\nIn the event of a divorce (for spouses) or the dissolution of a domestic partnership, the Company has no authority to divide the Business Builder ID or its downline organization, nor does it carry out such a division. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, distribute Bonuses and Commissions on a simple, fixed percentage basis in accordance with a court order or the written consent of both parties.<\/p>\n
4.4 Right of Termination
\nYou may cancel your Business Builder ID at any time without incurring any costs or penalties.<\/p>\n
5. Ethical Business Conduct:<\/p>\n
5.1 The Purpose of Your Business Activities
\nThe primary goal of your business and the Company is to sell high-quality, organic, healthy Products to consumers. However, recruiting other Business Builders is not the main objective; rather, it is an integral part of the fundamental obligation of sponsorship to sell products and increase product sales to consumers through your downline organization.<\/p>\n
5.2 General Ethical Conduct
\nYou must conduct your business activities in an ethical, professional, and courteous manner. Among other things, this means:<\/p>\n
You must fully comply with the provisions of these Rules and all applicable laws;
\nHe must conduct his business activities in an honest manner;
\nYou must let prospective customers and Business Builders know who you are, why you are contacting them, and what products you sell;
\nYou may not make false or misleading statements regarding potential earnings or income under the Sales Compensation Plan, or regarding the benefits of using the Company\u2019s products;
\nYou may not pressure any Business Builder or prospective Business Builder to act in a financially irresponsible manner, including, but not limited to, pressuring them to purchase more products, Business Support Materials, or services than they can reasonably use or sell;
\nIt may not encourage or recommend that Business Builders or prospective Business Builders go into debt for the purpose of participating in the business;
\nYou must explain to your customers and your downline organization how to return products or cancel an order;
\nProspective Business Builders must be informed that they are not required to register to purchase products; products may be purchased even without becoming a Business Builder, in accordance with the current consumer prices published on the Company\u2019s website.
\n\u00ad5.3 Exclusion of Derogatory Comparisons
\nYou may not make any misleading, unfair, inaccurate, or disparaging comparisons, claims, statements, or assertions regarding the following:<\/p>\n
Company
\nits products or commercial activities
\nOther Persons
\nother companies (including competitors), or
\nproducts, services, or business activities of other companies.
\n5.4 Harassment
\nYou must conduct your business development activities in a manner that is free from harassment, humiliation, threats, and abuse. The Company does not tolerate harassment of any kind, including harassment based on race, religion, physical appearance, or speech, or including persuasion, encouragement, or solicitation of any inappropriate or unsolicited written, verbal, electronic, or physical contact.<\/p>\n
5.5 Prohibition on Contact with Sellers or Members of the Scientific Advisory Board
\nYou may not contact, either directly or indirectly\u2014whether for professional reasons or for any other reason related to your Business Builder activities\u2014the Company\u2019s sales representatives, suppliers, members of the scientific advisory board, basic research partners, universities, or any other advisors or consultants to the Company without the Company\u2019s prior written consent.<\/p>\n
5.6 Maintaining the Company\u2019s Good Reputation
\nYou may not act in any way\u2014including actions outside the scope of your Business Builder activities\u2014that could be detrimental to the Company\u2019s or its Business Builders\u2019 business operations or reputation. The Company has the right, at its sole discretion and on an objective and non-discriminatory basis, to determine which actions are deemed harmful to it and to take action against the party causing such harm at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n
The Company may suspend the web office and network membership of any Partner who disseminates negative news or information about the Company, effective immediately. If the Partner can provide verifiable evidence to clear their name and demonstrate that the defamation or allegations are unfounded, their web office will be reinstated and the suspension of their membership will be lifted.<\/p>\n
Any Partner who approaches MANT\u2019s community partners with a business offer from another company, or who gives MANT a bad name, conducts a smear campaign against it, or damages the Company\u2019s reputation, the Company may suspend their access to its web portal with immediate effect, along with their membership status.<\/p>\n
5.7 Review of the Records
\nAs a condition of your participation as a Business Builder, you authorize the Company to review any records related to your Business Builder activities to determine whether you are conducting your Business Builder activities in accordance with these Rules. The Company may, at any time and for any reason, request a review of your records related to your Business Builder activities. You must comply immediately and fully with any request to review your Business Builder activity records and must provide the Company with true and accurate records for review.<\/p>\n
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:<\/p>\n
In the course of your business development activities, you must comply with these Rules, as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including the requirements of consumer protection, data protection, and anti-spam rules. You are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and you are liable to the Company in the event that the Company is held liable due to your failure to comply.<\/p>\n
6.1 Prevention of Corruption
\nYou must comply with all anti-corruption laws. You may not make any payment or give any gift, either directly or indirectly (e.g., through an agent), with the intent to exert influence in order to obtain any specific benefit.<\/p>\n
6.2 Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
\nIt must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the protection of privacy and personal data, including EU Regulation 2016\/679 (General Data Protection Regulation\u2014GDPR).<\/p>\n
With particular regard to the following:<\/p>\n
a. Appropriate technical, physical, and organizational security measures to reasonably ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information you manage under the Business Builder Agreement;<\/p>\n
b. The Company shall not disclose information to other organizations without the Company\u2019s prior, documented approval, except to the Company\u2019s subsidiaries and representative offices;<\/p>\n
c. It shall engage data processors only if they provide security and confidentiality safeguards consistent with the provisions of this section;<\/p>\n
d. shall make available to the Company all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations under this Section, and<\/p>\n
e. You shall notify the Company if any law or regulatory requirement prevents you from fulfilling your obligations under this Section.<\/p>\n
7. Self-employed person:<\/p>\n
7.1 Business Builders: Independent Contractors
\nYou are an independent contractor. You are not an agent, employee, officer, member, or joint venture partner of the Company, nor may you represent yourself as such. You are a sole proprietor or a partner in a partnership; you may not assume any obligations or liabilities on behalf of the Company, and you may work at times and in a manner of your choosing, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement. The Company may request proof that you are a properly registered independent contractor in order to pay you bonuses and commissions. You agree that, as an independent contractor:<\/p>\n
You are responsible for your own business decisions and decide for yourself when and how many hours you will work;
\nBonuses paid are based on the sale of Products, not on the number of hours you work;
\nHe bears the business risk and is liable for all losses incurred as a Business Builder;
\nYou must pay for your own licenses and any insurance premiums, if required, and, if necessary, obtain an employer identification number;
\nHe is responsible for all costs incurred in connection with his business activities, including, among other things, travel, entertainment, office, administrative, and legal expenses, equipment, accounting, taxes, value-added tax, insurance, and general expenses, without any advance payments, reimbursements, or guarantees from the Company; and
\nFor tax purposes, he or she is not considered an employee.
\n7.2 Taxes
\nYou are responsible for fulfilling your own obligations, which may include registration and the payment of local taxes in accordance with legal requirements. You expressly consent to the Company preparing an annual report on Bonuses if required by law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, directors, and employees from any liability, including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees.<\/p>\n
7.3 Prohibition on Acting on Behalf of the Company
\nYou are not authorized to act on behalf of the Company. This includes, among other things, any attempt to engage in the following activities:<\/p>\n
the registration or reservation of the Company\u2019s names, trademarks, and trade names, including any combination thereof or of the Products, or any derivative names thereof;
\nRegistration of URLs using the Company\u2019s names, trademarks, or trade names;
\nthe registration or acquisition of approval relating to Products or business practices, or
\nestablishing business or government relationships of any kind on behalf of the Company.
\nYou must indemnify the Company for all costs and attorneys\u2019 fees incurred by the Company in connection with any legal proceedings brought against the Company in the event that you fail to act appropriately on behalf of the Company. You must immediately transfer to the Company any registration of the Company\u2019s names, trademarks, trade names, products, or URLs that were registered or reserved in violation of this provision, without any reimbursement of your expenses by the Company.<\/p>\n
8. Ordering Products or Services<\/p>\n
8.1 Order<\/p>\n
8.1\/a. You may order products directly from the Company. Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the quantity of products ordered.<\/p>\n
8.1\/b. If an order has not been paid within 10 days after the end of the month, it will be deleted from the system.<\/p>\n
8.2 Transfer of Ownership<\/p>\n
Ownership and the risk of loss for any Product you order pass to you upon delivery of the Product.<\/p>\n
8.3 Ordering Methods<\/p>\n
The Company does not accept orders on credit. Orders will not be shipped until they have been paid in full. Payment may be made online via PayPal, by credit card, by bank transfer, by deposit at a bank teller window, by cash on delivery to the courier making the delivery, or by any other method accepted by the Company.<\/p>\n
8.4. Credit<\/p>\n
A Company Credit may be issued in the event of an overpayment, a product exchange, or other circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled in full. Individual Sales and Group Sales will be credited after the Company Credit is issued.<\/p>\n
8.5 Price Changes<\/p>\n
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices once a year in response to external economic events or changes in exchange rates.<\/p>\n
8.6 Placing Orders on Behalf of Another Business Builder<\/p>\n
It is prohibited to place orders on behalf of another Business Builder without that Business Builder\u2019s prior written approval. Upon request, the Company must provide a copy of the written approval.<\/p>\n
8.7 Use of Another Person's Credit Card or Debit Card<\/p>\n
You may not use another person\u2019s customer card to order Products or the Company\u2019s business materials and services without that person\u2019s prior written approval. Upon request, the Company must provide a copy of the written approval.<\/p>\n
8.8 Product Exchanges<\/p>\n
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the Company will exchange products purchased directly from the Company that were not properly shipped or are defective, provided that the Company is notified of this within 30 days of the date of purchase. If a replacement is not possible, the Company may issue a credit note for the value of the replaced products, which can be used to purchase other products, or may refund the purchase price in full.<\/p>\n
a. Procedure for Refunds or Exchanges<\/p>\n
The Company will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address for returning products. The Company will not refund the original shipping costs for returned products, unless you request cancellation of the order within the first 14 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.<\/p>\n
b. After canceling the order, you are required to return the Product to the Company immediately, but no later than within 5 days. If the Product is not returned to the Company within 14 days of the cancellation, or if you do not provide credible proof of the return, the Company reserves the right to rescind the cancellation.<\/p>\n
c. The Company will refund the amount to you no later than 5 days from the date it receives the Product or from the date you provide proof of the Product\u2019s return, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n
d. The procedure may vary by jurisdiction, depending on the differing requirements of the relevant laws.<\/p>\n
9. Sales to Consumers and Consumer Returns:<\/p>\n
9.1 Sales to Consumers
\nThe purpose of the direct sales system is to sell products to consumers, not to other resellers. For this reason, you must focus your efforts on selling the Products to consumers. If local laws permit sales to retail consumers, you may charge the Company\u2019s official retail price (or a higher price) and retain all profits from the retail sale of the Products. If local laws do not permit sales to retail consumers, you may use the Products only for product demonstrations and for your own personal use.<\/p>\n
10. Ethical Principles:<\/p>\n
10.1 Any partner who remains inactive for at least 6 consecutive months may be removed from the system and will not be eligible for commissions.<\/p>\n
10.1. a. Any partner who does not have a validated order of their own within 30 days of registration may be removed from the system.<\/p>\n
10.1. b. The partner (upline sponsor) who brings a new partner into the community may place that partner under someone in their own team (downline sponsor).<\/p>\n
The upline sponsor also has a motivational opportunity. They may, on one occasion, make an adjustment and gift the new partner they brought in to another partner. This also serves to encourage those partners who receive a spillover partner. The change can only be requested if it is proven that the downline sponsor who received the spillover partner is not building their own business under that spillover partner.<\/p>\n
10.2 A partner who has been removed from the system may re-register no sooner than 6 months after the removal.<\/p>\n
10.3 Any partner who operates their own online store where they sell the products at prices other than the retail price will receive a formal warning from management. If the partner continues to sell at prices other than retail prices more than 72 hours after receiving the warning, this will result in immediate termination. Access to the online office will also be suspended at the same time the warning is issued.<\/p>\n
10.4 A MANT partner may also hold an ID code with another MLM company. However, any partner who is actively engaged in network building or team building with another MLM company will receive an immediate management warning, and their web office will be suspended. If such a situation arises, the partner must clarify the situation and explain what steps they are taking to have the suspension lifted.<\/p>\n
10.5 Any partner who is proven to be poaching active partners and attempting to register them under their own account will be immediately suspended.<\/p>\n
10.6 The Ethics Committee has the authority to make decisions on ethical matters.<\/p>\n
11. Concepts:<\/p>\n
11.1 Partner:<\/p>\n
Any natural person, legal entity, business entity without legal personality, or other organization (including sole proprietors) that registers on the website and is thereby eligible for the benefits of the MANT program.<\/p>\n
11.2 Activity:<\/p>\n
The minimum purchase of 21 PV that the partner orders and pays for using their own ID code.<\/p>\n
11.3 Active partner:<\/p>\n
Anyone who has placed at least 21 PV worth of their own, validated orders during the current month.<\/p>\n
11.3. a. Eligibility for commission:<\/p>\n
A partner who has at least 21 PV in personal, validated orders during the current month is eligible to receive commissions in accordance with the rules of the career plan.<\/p>\n
11.4 Inactive partner:<\/p>\n
Anyone who does not make purchases totaling at least 21 PV using their own ID code during the current month.<\/p>\n
Partners can be divided into 6 groups within the club system:<\/p>\n
11.5 Club Member: 20%<\/p>\n
Any individual or business (legal entity) that has registered with the MANT club system is eligible for a 20% purchase discount. You can earn an additional purchase discount if you reach the Sponsor leadership rank or join the Health Program.<\/p>\n
11.6 Health Program, Month 1: 30%<\/p>\n
Any individual or business (legal entity) who has registered with the MANT Club system, joined the Health Program, and placed a validated order worth 33,000 Ft. \u00a0You can earn additional purchase discounts if you reach the Sponsor leadership rank.<\/p>\n
11.7 Health Program, Month 2: 40%<\/p>\n
Any individual or business (legal entity) who has registered with the MANT club system, joined the Health Program, and places a validated order of at least 33,000 Ft in the first and second months.<\/p>\n
11.8 Health Program, Month 3: 45%<\/p>\n
Any individual or business (legal entity) who has registered with the MANT club system, joined the Health Program, and places validated orders totaling at least 33,000 Ft during the first 3 months.<\/p>\n
11.9 SP Health Program, Month 4, 50%<\/p>\n
Any individual or business (legal entity) who has registered with the MANT club system, joined the Health Program, and places validated orders totaling at least 33,000 Ft during the first 4 months. To maintain the 50% purchase discount in the long term, you must place validated personal orders totaling at least 33,000 Ft in 5 out of every 6 months.<\/p>\n
11.10 Business Partner:<\/p>\n
Any individual or business (legal entity) who has registered in the MANT system and whose first order or upgrade order totals 500\u20133,500 PV is eligible for a discount of 62% off the retail price. MANT will admit a maximum of 1,000 Business Partners into the program so that, over the years, the voting value of Business Partners will increase as much as possible.<\/p>\n
11.11 Business Partner Votes:<\/p>\n
500 PV = 0.5 votes
\n750 PV \u20ac = 0.75 votes
\n1,000 PV \u20ac = 1 vote
\n2,000 PV \u20ac = 4 votes
\n3,500 PV \u20ac = 14 votes<\/p>\n
11.12 Business Partner's Share:<\/p>\n
Each year, MANT distributes 5% of the dividend among its Business Partners in proportion to their share of the votes. A Business Partner is eligible to receive a share of the 5% starting from the month in which they paid for their \u20ac1,000, \u20ac2,000, \u20ac4,000, or \u20ac7,000 basket. Payment is due annually within 30 days of filing the tax return, upon presentation of an invoice. .<\/p>\n
11.12\/b. :<\/p>\n
There is only one requirement for receiving the Business payment: The partner must have made at least 12 validated purchases of products during the given year.<\/p>\n
11.13 Traffic:<\/p>\n
The total amount of orders received and validated between 12:00 a.m. on the first day of each month and 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month.<\/p>\n
11.14 Commission:<\/p>\n
PV specifies the basis for calculating the commission.<\/p>\n
Example: A \"King\" lead partner registered a new partner in the community with a validated first order of 250 PV. In this case, the partner is entitled to a quick-start bonus commission of 250 \u00d7 0.34 = 85 \u20ac.<\/p>\n
11:15 PV:<\/p>\n
1 PV = 2 euros<\/p>\n
Schedule for commission payments:<\/p>\n
Commission claims must be submitted by the 5th day of the month following the month in question. Commission payments are made uniformly between the 13th and 15th of the month following the end of each billing period. Commission payments cannot be made before or after the aforementioned time period.<\/p>\n
11.16 Classification:<\/p>\n
A partner who reaches each career level by complying with the 50% rule. A level can be reached even during the month. Upon qualifying, the partner receives the higher commission rate for that month as well.<\/p>\n
11.17 a. Level Maintenance: The qualification level cannot be lost in the system!<\/p>\n
11.18 Rule 50%:<\/p>\n
In the case of a qualification or a program (e.g., the auto program), a partner\u2019s strongest leg may contribute a maximum of 50% of the PV volume required for qualification.<\/p>\n
11.19 Rules:<\/p>\n
1.) This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Example: You cannot use this offer to purchase products or packages that are already on sale. Example: Coupon codes cannot be combined with the health program\u2019s benefits.<\/p>\n
2.) Only packages for which payment has been received in the company's account may be handed over to the courier company. There are no exceptions.<\/p>\n
3.) The ordering process: The customer places the order, pays, the warehouse packs the order, and hands the package over to the courier the same day. The courier delivers the package, and the invoice is issued after the service is completed.<\/p>\n
4.) Only those whose monthly sales do not fall below \u20ac2,000 may retain an exclusive contract. Otherwise, the contract will be terminated immediately.<\/p>\n
5.) The Business 50% purchase discount can only be maintained if the account has been active for 6 months \/ 5 months. Otherwise, the purchase discount will revert to the Gold 30% level.<\/p>\n
6.) If an order has not been paid for within 14 days, it will be canceled.<\/p>\n
7.) There is no commission on orders from priority partners.<\/p>\n
8.) Revenue from priority partners counts toward career qualification.<\/p>\n
9.) If a package is incomplete, you have 30 days to request a replacement from the company.<\/p>\n
10.) The company does not offer consignment sales. The exception to this is small orders of at least \u20ac2,500 or more. In this case, half of the amount must be paid into the company\u2019s account within 15 days, and the remaining amount within 30 days.<\/p>\n
11.) For cash-on-delivery orders, payment must be made in cash or by card upon delivery.<\/p>\n

12.4 Car Program:<\/p>\n
When it developed its automotive program, the company chose one of the most modern approaches.<\/p>\n
Any partner who, together with their team, meets the sales PV targets listed in the table below will receive a vehicle for their use. There is no need to increase sales at a later date; they simply need to maintain the current sales level. The terms of use are set forth in the appendix to the Car Program.<\/p>\n
VIP partners do not need to meet sales quotas. In other words, as soon as they have met one of the PV targets for the car program in a given month, they can immediately request the vehicle of their choice. This means that VIP partners can request their company car in half the time.<\/p>\n
If a partner has a team member who is participating in any category of the car program, the revenue generated by that qualified car program team does not count toward the partner\u2019s own car program. Of course, however, the partner is still entitled to all commissions from that team.<\/p>\n

As part of the Global Pool Program, MANT distributes 6% of its annual dividend each year among the partners included in the Global Pool.<\/p>\n
12.9 Founder and Ownership 1 + 1 Bonus:<\/p>\n
A partner who qualifies for the Top Executive career level is entitled to the Founder rank. Therefore, they are entitled to 1, or one %, from the company\u2019s net profit, i.e., the dividend.<\/p>\n
A partner who qualifies for the King leadership career level in the country where they achieved this status is entitled to 1 % of that country\u2019s net sales. If a partner builds a community in multiple countries and the net sales in the weakest country are at least 250,000 euros, then the partner is entitled to 1 % of the net sales from each country in which they have built a community.<\/p>\n
12.10 Health Program:<\/p>\n
Each month, any partner who has at least 41.25 PV in active personal orders is eligible to receive support from the health program.<\/p>\n

13. Use of Business Materials and Trademarks:<\/p>\n
13.1 Use of Business Resources<\/p>\n
You may only use the promotional materials, presentations, and the Sales Compensation Plan prepared by the Company and distributed for the purpose of promoting the Products; you may not create or use your own business promotional materials.<\/p>\n
13.2 Use of Trademarks and Copyrights<\/p>\n
a., You may not use the Company\u2019s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights in any manner, regardless of whether they are registered, unless expressly permitted by these Policies or otherwise approved in writing by the Company. The Company may prohibit the use of its trademarks or copyrights in any business materials or other media.<\/p>\n
b. You are liable to the Company for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of the Company\u2019s trade names, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, in any form, unless expressly permitted by these Rules or otherwise approved in advance in writing by the Company.<\/p>\n
14. Product Claims:<\/p>\n
14.1 General Restriction
\nYou may only make specific claims and statements regarding products as published in the Company\u2019s Business Materials and the Company\u2019s Corporate Materials, which the Company has approved in the authorized country where you are making such statements.<\/p>\n
14.2 Exclusion of Medical Claims
\nYou may not make any medical claims, or state or imply anything regarding the manufacture, intended use, or approval of the Product by the Company or by any regulatory authority, to the effect that it has therapeutic effects, is suitable for medical use, or that it prevents any disease. Any such statements, claims, or comparisons made by you are your sole responsibility.<\/p>\n
15. Arbitration Tribunal:<\/p>\n
15.1 What does \u201cmandatory arbitration\u201d mean?
\nIn order to resolve all disputes as quickly as possible, the Company has instituted a mandatory arbitration procedure. Arbitration means that the dispute is referred to an impartial third party selected by you, the Company, and any Business Builder involved in the dispute. The Arbitrator acts as a judge, hears the evidence presented by the parties, and issues a binding decision. The Arbitrator\u2019s decision is a judgment enforceable in court. The purpose of the Arbitration proceedings is to resolve disputes between the parties in a final and binding manner in a faster, less costly, and perhaps less formal manner than ordinary court proceedings.<\/p>\n
15.2 The Arbitration Tribunal is binding and applies to all Disputes
\nYou and the Company agree that binding and final arbitration is the sole means of resolving any and all disputes. You waive your right to bring a dispute before a court or to request a court hearing.
